Sarah Potter, a multifaceted filmmaker who blends her expertise as a communication specialist with a degree in speech language pathology with her passion for storytelling. Her life long love of history and research skills, equips her to unearth captivating narratives and craft compelling stories that resonate deeply.

Sarah's commitment to each project is unwavering—whether it's story development , curating archival materials, or taking on a producing role, she goes above and beyond to ensure the project's success. Her journey in film has encompassed a diverse range of works, from impactful corporate films to short and full-length documentaries and films that create a lasting impact.

Scott was the owner and creative director of the film company Hidden Catalyst. As a Muse Certified Storyteller, Scott began researching AFM at the urging of a friend who knew that the kids affected needed their voices to be heard. In November of 2019, he met and filmed Cami and her family to start the process of making a documentary.

When Scott passed away from an unexpected illness in July 2020, Sarah and her children's lives were suddenly upended. Reflecting on Scott's mission to change the world through story, Sarah took the reins to continue Scott's vision for the AFM documentary. She considers it a part of her and Scott's legacy to finish this story.

Patrick Moreau, is the founder of Muse Storytelling. His journey as a storyteller and filmmaking combines his love of psychology and the impact of how stories can change the world. He has woven impactful narratives for top brands worldwide, garnering five Emmys and crafting films in over 70 countries.

Muse Storytelling has led storytelling and filmmaking workshops for renowned groups including the United Nations and SXSW, leaving an indelible mark on thousands of filmmakers. Patrick's dedication to mastering the craft and his commitment to impactful narratives make him an invaluable addition to this film.

Cory Popp, an Los Angeles based DP, attended Columbia College in Chicago where he obtained his BA in Cinematography. He has over a decade of experience in the film industry that span commercial work, television, film and streaming series.

Cory is passionate about stories about underrepresented communities. His recent work in Syria, Afghanistan, and Ukraine demonstrate his drive to track down these stories no matter what. His credits that include productions for Netflix, Travel Channel, HBO, Discovery, PBS, TLC, Animal Planet and many more.

Shaina Allen is a Film Director focused on storytelling that bridges perspectives and creates impact. She is the co-founder of Evergrain Studios. Her award-winning documentaries have been featured on Netflix, NBCSports, and Delta Airlines. Shaina has spoken on stages across the country and was recognized by CREATIV magazine as one of their “15 Women Who Wow”

. Shaina grew up in rural Virginia and graduated cum laude from James Madison University with a degree in Media Arts & Design with a Digital Video & Cinema focus and minors in Film Studies and Anthropology. You can view her debut film The Rebound here.
